At Shift Electric Mobility we offer technical support, spare parts and training in the heavy electric vehicle industry, mainly electric buses and trucks. Our vision is to enable electrification through the services we provide to the market with the ambition to ensure that our customers' operations run smoothly and reliably through our service network.

We are currently present in four Nordic countries - Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway where this service will be located, Oslo.

What you will do

In this role as Regional Manager, you will be expected to actively work to drive and develop our business in Norway, which means developing strategies for growth but also being responsible for the implementation. Our people are the core of our business and therefore we expect you to actively work with your team to promote their continued development, well-being and growth.

Other tasks within the role include:

• Strengthening relationships with our existing but also new customers
• Budget management
• Ensuring we work in line with our standards
• Follow up on KPIs
• Ensuring the quality of our deliveries

Who you are

For this position, we are looking for an experienced person who is passionate about leadership and business development. We therefore assume that you are a confident person who, through your experience, knows what you stand for in your leadership. You are a person with an ability to create strong relationship with colleagues and customers and through that be able to both motivate and inspire.

Other requirements for the position are:

• Experience in similar position/management experience
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably heavy vehicles
• Norwegian and English, oral and written
• Interest in vehicles and new technology
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office
• B driving licence

It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have:

• Vocational certificate for heavy vehicles
• Vehicle technical education
• C driving licence

Location

This position is located in Oslo.
